Numb3rs 4x06: "In Security" and FNL 2x05: "Let's Get It On"
Man, Numb3rs is really bringin' it this season. Nice!
So, uh. I've made it no secret that I love fucked up!Don and manwhore!Don, so tonight was... pretty awesome, as far as I was concerned. :-)
One of my favorite things about tonight was the brother interactions, and my favorite scene of ALL was the one where Don was sitting there waiting, drinking his coffee, while Charlie did his math thang on the computer. I really loved that.
I love anything that references Don's past--one more reason S1 was awesome--because I kind of feel like, right along with Charlie, there are a lot of things we just don't know about him. I think especially as a fan fic writer/reader, I love getting these glimpses, just enough for an outline that we can fill in ourselves. (Not to suggest that I'm at all tempted to write Albuquerque!Don or anything. *ahem*)
I know a lot of y'all are thrilled about the Liz thing. :-) I never felt that strongly one way or another about her, so I'm not thrilled or sad to see her go. But dude, if Don's going to sulk about it and go out and sleep with his brother everybody over it, WIN. :-)
On a shallow note, was Colby looking fiiiiine tonight or what? That shirt was damn tight. (And yes, just to spite mercilynn: Colby and Liz were looking hot standing next to each other. You know I'm right.)
I don't have much else to say. I really want to watch this episode again, just for Don. *happy sigh* (And Charlie, actually. I really liked him this week.)
Oh, but that promo for NEXT WEEK. OMFG. AMITA. O.O
Aaand, Friday Night Lights... Damn, I love this show. LANCE LANDRY. Haha. I cracked up every time Coach called him Lance. That will never stop being funny to me.
NOT funny is what Tyra's doing. :-( :-( God, that hurt so much when she lied about why she "wanted" to break up. "What did I see in you?" Ouch. So sad.
Matt turning down Julie... very interesting. I'm glad that he told her he was pissed, up front like that. And yeah, so maybe I'm still hoping for a little something to happen with Carlotta. ;-)
So. That scene with Jason, Lyla, and Tim. Damn. As she was dancing with/climbing on/kissing Jason, I kind of IDLY thought "threesome?" to myself... and then she went over and danced with and kissed Tim! Holy shit. And then, "I have to go pray!" LMAO. I don't know, I kind of love the menage a trois they've got going.
And OH COACH. I felt so bad for him at the beginning. :-D But OMG, perfect husband. *dies*
Oh! Next week! Blood traces! YIKES.
Haha, you guys, I'm totally making mercilynn fall in love with Jensen AND Steve AND Jason AND Chris. *wins*
