I agree, that is unusual. However, if you had a moment to inspect the stack of work from my desk, you would have noticed that each date was still bundled together from when it was handed to me by workflow. Therefore, it does not seem at all feasible that I could be the cause for the missing mail. And to address your question regarding vectors being open that were booked in August - I was not aware that there were any. Oh, I also meant to ask you about when the policy changed regarding associates receiving work while absent (i.e. I had scheduled vacation for Sept 18th and 19th, but was still assigned work both days) - just curious.
