Atra is known to be a god of evil, Madame Zelda, much as you are a symbol of good. It may be pettiness on his part. I do not know.

I only know that, unfortunately. One of the other gods told me when I was trying to convince them to help us with our electrical plans for the city.

I doubt this is something you have done or was done in result of your actions.

He will be stronger, faster, and the like, but he will have the desire to be one with other carriers. I can't tell you for sure because I haven't experienced it. What I do know is that you may want to keep him close if Sephiroth comes back around. There is an element of control he has over them that you will have to oppose. Think of it as a fight for his soul.
