I had an amazing, yet exhausting, Thanksgiving weekend.
Thanksgiving I had Thanksgiving brunch with my family at the Cracker Barrel. My family has some weird obsession with the Cracker Barrel, I think they put too much stock in the country ambiance because the food certainly isn't spectacular enough to warrant obsession.
Later in the evening, after the obligatory post Thanksgiving feast nap, I went to Michael's house to go round 2 with Thanksgiving feast. The food and company was fantastic. I love being at a table sharing good food with good friends.
I woke up at 4 AM Friday morning to be in Nashua for 6. Black Friday wasn't nearly as bad as I thought. It was certainly busy but we were well staffed and throughout the day my job was to greet people and show them where books are which was pretty solid. After work I went back to my apartment where I was met by Chad Hill, and his friend Matt, from Ohio. We hung out for awhile and went to Tewksbury for the show. The show was excellent and I really enjoyed all the performances and not having to worry about running the show. So many of our friends were present as well, which is always amazing. The party afterwards was equally as awesome.
I got up to work the next morning and after close I went to Janelle's going away party with Jill, Kate, and Sydney. We danced for awhile and then went on an adventure to find robot arms for Tony which we never found.
Today I worked all day and then came home and did some cleaning, my apartment is a mess.
I wish I could have done more justice to this weekend or describe it more specifically but, I don't think I'll be forgetting anytime soon.
