We all arrived home safely the night before last... my netbook has a virus that even Norton can't find, so pictures are delayed until I either start the editing here on Jeff's computer, or try to slowly wade through in slow motion on mine. I'm not entirely sure how I got the virus, but I'm blaming an ad I accidentally selected on a torrent website.
Mia was, as usual, very vocal and demonstrative about how we're not allowed to leave for a week like that again. She has scratched me hard enough to draw blood twice now, both times in trying to keep me from walking away from her. It's a bad habit that started with her just gently tapping the backs of our legs when we got tired of petting her and wanted to wander off. But since she's gotten more forceful, and I'm going to have to start deterring it.
Here's one photo that made it, however. Taken in Saint Andrew's State Park, in Panama City Beach. I'm in love with the nature trails in that park. And the jetty, of course, where I learned to snorkel as a kid.
