Another weeklong hiatus. This is getting old.
Anyway, I'm really sick, and have been for the past week. It's nothing more than a cold, but it's annoying the hell out of me by now. My favorite holiday of the year was spent in bed. Feh. Plus, I look like hell as well, so that's not-so-great either.
In other news, I got signed on for a 4-day weekend job two weeks from now... so that's $400+ for me to spend on Christmas. What a relief... last year was a disaster when it came to that. I'm waiting to get paid from my last two inventories now... with some of it, I'll be turning the internet back on at my house. Another past goes to pay back the bank. (Fuck you, e-Bay!) Another part to get a Paid Account here. I don't know what I'll do with the rest... maybe get a new pair of boots or go get crunchy rolls with Jeff. Mm, I like that idea.

Oh yes, and I also saw Man of the Year, Silent Hill, and Baseketball this week. The first was good, except that the lead female actress sort of ruined it for me. It really made me think, though. (Colbert 2008, anyone?) I actually loved Silent Hill, too... something about it just really struck a chord with me. And Baseketball? Uber-silly, but I love the "South Park" guys, so it wasn't so terrible. I probably would have liked it better if I wasn't feeling run-over when I saw it.
