Much of this is inspired by headcanon! I'll try to make it obvious(?)
THE CLEAN(ISH) SECTION
Full name: Ginko
Age: He doesn't know for sure, but generally late 20s.
Birthdate: Sometime during the late Edo period, is all we've got.
Sign: Unknown.
Height: 5'7"/170cm. This is very tall for a Japanese male at the time. I figure he's usually shown as a little taller than other characters. Plus this is make believe guys come on.
Weight: 150lbs/68kg maybe? I'm not really confident enough in the numbers uuuh whatever he's got a normal-to-muscled build.
Scars: One located on the right side of his stomach area from getting stabbed. We don't see the scar in canon, but while the wound was healing he got elbowed in that same place again BY THE SAME PERSON WHO STABBED HIM. ;A; SO MEAN

Smoking? The tobacco in Ginko's cigarettes is actually a special "mushi tobacco" that emits a special smoke mushi, which he uses to ward off and dissipate other mushi that might crowd around him if he stays in one place for too long.
Other daily habits: W-walking. Lots of walking.
Hair: Completely white.
Clothes: Strangely not Japanese in style. He looks like he shops at Eddie Bauer or something.
Scent: Most often, very earthy and outdoors-y, along with the smell of his mushi tobacco.
Other notable physical details: Missing his left eye, and his right eye is a very vibrant green color. He wasn't born with white hair and a green eye, though...
Canon powers: He can see in the dark very easily compared to most people, and has several mushishi skills that let him connect with and use the mushi to do various things like see everything on a mountain at once, or to become the Master of a mountain.
