...Well, I care about her a great deal. That much I knew before. However, I think I'm a little closer to how much I care about her.

Yet at the same time...I'm confused. Every time I give some thought to the matter, I...my body feels as if I'm going into battle. I can't figure out for the life of me why my body reacts that way.

...It's not so unnatural, that feeling. You associate it with battle because that is the only time you've ever experienced it. It's something that people your age go through when they've acquired an infatuation.
