Lexi's Thoughts While Cooking
I've come to the conclusion (while I was cooking tuna casserole for the first time), that I would make a good catch. As in, whenever I do get a boyfriend, he will have gotten someone good. Not only am I not one to cheat, but I also have a variety of other very good qualities:
1.) I can cook. My menu is kind of limited at home, because whatever I make has to be relatively meatless for my dad. Fish is okay though.
2.) I am smart. (Got straight As this quarter! Haha!)
3.) Am a person of many interests (Although people just presume it is Japan, I also love gardening, writing, cooking, drawing, traveling, reading--watching old movies, going off the beaten path, exploring, etc) To name a few.
4.) Am attractive. Although not as attractive as some, I am definately more attractive than others. Plus, I have good hygene!
5.) Moderately athletic. I'm not going to go out and run a marathon, but I can definately appriciate certain sports (volleyball, soccer, baseball), and enjoy participating in off the beaten track sports (fencing, ballroom dancing, archery, martial arts)
6.) I have good taste. I've been watching too much "What Not to Wear" and HG TV. Whenever I get my house, let me assure you that it will be most smartly decorated.
7.) Friendly and social. Although not one to go get wasted, I can keep up a good conversation (am quite chatty, actually), etc.
8.) Am liberal. And, as we all know from the back of Shayna's car--Repulicans are for Voldemort.
9.) Am extremely humble. ;D As is evident by the existance of this list.
Other than that, a British man asked me at work today where they could go and "change the nappy for the baby." My heart nearly melted. In a way...working at the mall is good, considering that it is 102+ F in Sacramento. Oh! Not like it wouldn't go through, but I now offically double major in Japanese and Asian Studies.
Off to take out the casserole now.
