adventures in oral health
abby got her braces off to-day. huzzah.
and then went and got donuts and muffins and candy and went to see brokeback mountain. i can hear john wayne turning in his grave.
anyway.
so i went to the dentist's today.
did you ever wonder why you have to wait one half hour before eating after they put that flouride shit in your mouth? i have.
so, yeah, i think that aside from having to smell people's nasty-ass breath, i think that being a dentist would be a pretty sweet deal. i mean, think about it: the patient comes in, and sits down with not the dentist, but one of his/her psuedo-oral care nurse cronies, who has to do all the teeth examining, cleaning, note-taking, etc., so all the dirty work is out of the way. only then does the dentist come in and say "yep, looks good". well of course it does, you didn't have to do anything!
yeah, i dunno.
not that i want to go into dentistry or anything.
i'll try and post songs tomorrow.
oh friday, thank god.
...i have 5 tests/quizzes tomorrow.
