Hard work
Today prettykitty_aya and I took up the carpet in the living room. We did this in anticipation of putting down hard wood floor. I have the flooring I just need my Dad to come up to the house with the table saw. We also joked about making a homunculus out of the dirt that was under the carpet/pad. I've decided that carpet is some of the nastiest stuff you can ever put in your house. I really want to see how much more it would cost to put the hardwood in the bedrooms. I may measure the bedrooms tomorrow and see how more I would need to get that done.
