Well, it's been a week.  I have exercised every day.  Here's my progress so far:

Weight:  same
Waist:   -1/4"
Hips:   -1/4"
Thigh:  same
Arm:   -1/4"

Total inches lost:   3/4"

Not bad.  Need to add something to work my cardio more.  Have only been having one soda a day, which is good for me!  ok time to go exercise for the day.  Been to busy up to now.  Will let you know next week.  :)
