Dear Universe,
Look, I know you're not doing it deliberately, and it'll all even out in a statistical way, and the random way that things work means that it's absolutely nothing personal. But come on - enough already!
One: Having my work laptop die with deadlines looming - well, I've got a lot of deadlines, so it was bound to happen sooner or later.
Two: Adding in server problems a couple of days later though was inspired, just enough to ratchet the stress levels up a bit more.
Three: Then come the germs, and once they're beaten back,
Four: the back twang.
Five: Last minute meetings and travel snafus, and to put the icing on the cake
Six: the cancellation of Dance for Wildlife, with a week to go.
Please stop now! I know they say that things come in threes, so I've already had double the usual amount.
