Things I Love Thursday
Hello hello, greetings on this lovely Thursday! Here are some things I am loving this week:
-The excellent gifts I got from the other side of the family. Featured among them was a lovely little glass teapot and a selection of blooming teas...and a fabulous kitchen knife. I am so enamoured of my beautiful new knife. I spent several minutes cooing at it while it cut effortlessly through the chicken I was preparing.
-Spending New Year's Eve and Day with my youngest brother. We stayed in and played games and ate pizza (neatly avoiding the drunken carousing going on outside), and it was very chill.
-Happy 2012, by the way. I feel this is going to be an interesting year.
-My secret Loki tumblr, Becca art, Some What Askew.
-Making lots and lots of arts. And writing.
-The Milky Way, adorbs, pipe organs, Lady Loki, events in Gunnerkrigg, aww yiss, new TJ&A, San, fabulous roast chicken, Lisa Frank Heartless, Abhorsen Link, yesss, the gifts my regular brought me (oranges! and cookies! aaaa I can't get over how nice she is), oh dang, thumbnailing Aviary, Muslim fashion, my Cookie Monster lounge pants (the fact that I have been trailing blue fuzz everywhere amuses me greatly), rewatching this Utena video, flowery Earl Grey, Sufjan Stevens, wtf-ing at the Winter Olympic events, mix-making, reaching out to the truth, Sneaker Pimps, Dwagon Age, truly ridiculous crossovers.
