Blarghity Blargh!

Lots of things to talk about.

I guess to start off with, I still haven't recieved any notice on the suspension of my drivers license. I filed a motion for a hearing regarding the status of my license in accordance with what it says on the back of my ticket. My lawyer said that if I get a response in the mail within a week or so then the motion was probably denied, but I sent the notice about two and a half weeks ago. In fact, my mom just called and told me that my lawyer said that by filing the motion, my license has not been suspended. So I can keep driving!

My mom got a new job; Kathy Henson, the director of the Georgia School Council Institute that my mom worked at before decided to close up shop. My mom now works for the Georgia School Board Assossciation, and will help write the policy involved in the school board meetings and county rules (I think). She gets a pay raise and a ton of benefits, like a $1000 a year for medical co-pays, paid cell phone bill, paid home DSL, and medical coverage (which does not pay for me).

The pledgeship is still going strong, and I'm going camping this weekend with the pledges and our big brothers. I can't wait, it's gonna be a blast. We keep failing our tests though, and last night we got reamed for it, as well as other things. But we're still going strong, and all very confident we'll make it.

To be a little vague towards someone that I neither care about or have the time or energy to argue with, here it is:

You got caught in a lie. It's not rumors or gossip, it's your old best friend coming clean about your lies. This has nothing to do with my "negativity", and has everything to do with you being the worst girlfriend I've ever had and a crappy person in general. You cheated and lied, and that makes me better than you. So step off your high horse, and feel free to fall right off a cliff.

Ok, I'm cleaning my car and my apartment to go away for the weekend, soo... peace.
