Yeah yeah, ive contemplated going the linux option, downloaded and installed ubuntu before, but never really got into it. May be a chance for me to muck around with it some more.

you *could* always just have two HDDs and install Linux in one and Vista on the other. Important things in Linux, entertainment in Vista.

And now for the good news.

I ripped open my PC, and discovered a cake of dust around the heat sink of the CPU. Looking at the BIOS, its now running around 30 deg C cooler. Opps - my bad!
