No idea if anyone will actually see this, but it couldn't hurt to post . . .
Hi, I'm kandi (under the username "kandiii" because "kandi" was taken; I've also made a few posts here a few years ago under my old LJ username "xrebelsheep", though that's not really relevant).
Anyway, I've written a rather long rant about Sorato at the bottom of this page under the username "thejippy" (direct link to my comment is here). Sorry that it's not 100% articulate, though; it took a long time to type up and by the end I was too tired to properly edit it. ^^;
But the real reason for this post was just to share two videos! Which is also shared in that "rant". This is a public entry because I don't mind people from other fandoms or ships downloading them. Actually, I encourage the downloading of the first file in particular (because, unlike the English dub, it's devoid of Taiora propaganda).
The "infamous Taiora/Sorato Christmas" scene:
Digimon Adventure 02 - Episode 38 - Sorato Christmas Gift (3.93MB, original Japanese audio, English subtitled)
Matt's "Should I be jealous?":
Digimon Adventure 02 - Episode 43 - Matt Jealous (3.12MB, English dub)
Both are hosted at RapidShare.com and both are avi files encoded in Xvid. You'll need the Xvid codec to properly view them, though most people should find no problem with this. VLC will also play the files without the need of the Xvid codec.
I might subtitle the epilogue of Digimon Adventure 02 if there's any interest . . .
