This was in one of my CBLs.. these are my thoughts while taking it..
"The customer has become angry and irritated. She demands information, what do you do?
1: Calmly ask her to be patient, and then page a CSM.
2: Explain to her that she can buy the product at walmart.com
3: Explain that some items sell really fast, and that you'll get more, soon."
....Can I choose "4: Smack a bitch"?
