Greetings from (freezing) Moscow! (Kinda!)
I just got up. *grin* Which is lovely. I am armed with a phrasebook, a camera and three jumpers (as well as a wooly hat) and I am going sightseeing today! I'm staying in a hostel in a quiet little village just outside Moscow and no, I cannot pronounce the name, let alone spell it (I'll get one of the others to type it for me later, ok? >_>); everyone's really friendly and I'm settling in well! I am gonna try and see if I can't find a small hotel or something actually in Moscow, because I want to be in the throng of things. What can I say? I'm a city girl at heart.
The flight was alright, if not a little turbulent. There's a few storms coming in around here, but it's just that time of year.
I've also emailed Yuri (<3) asking him if he'd like to go get some borsch. After all, we were going to if someone hadn't arrived when they did. *vauge pout* Let's just hope my really bad Russian isn't as bad as I think it is. >_>
Jyou - I got your voicemail. All twelve of them. *ear hurts from the shrieking* What do you mean "where the hell are you?" I left you a post-it note on the fridge!
