So, this week has actually continued to be a lot of fun!
Wednesday we were planning on going shopping in the afternoon, giving me at least a bit of a lie in. I got up when I was ready and sat around watching TV shows and stuff on my laptop... oh and playing the balloon game I've discovered -
http://www.games2girls.com/online.php?flash=4292 I then got taken away to have brunch at Ingatestone Saddlery and just had some beans on toast, but it's tasty :D Also go to try a 'bubble'-style hash brown and had a sausage cos Sue got too full, lol. Then we went to pick up Lisa (there was some drama, but ah well...) and were getting ready to set off to Lakeside when Jemma and Jo heard on the radio that there's a whole load of traffic on the roads we needed to go down... so we stuffed THAT plan and there was a decision made to go to Southend instead, lol. So we went and we played on a few arcade games and then got ice creams/sweets/chips and sat on the wall by the sea and just talked and sat in the emi-sun we were having. Oh and we got doughnuts too :D Was a tasty trip! Then later we went back and did not much, I believe.
Stacey wasn't able to come still, because she was back and forth to her sisters and stuff, and getting her mum from the airport... turns out her sister was having a REALLY slow labour!
Thursday - Jemma, Jo and myself went to my dad's in Pica, followed by Stuart and Sue. It was nice, and it was cool driving people to my dad's and letting them see the things I see one the way there. In a way it would'v been nice to give them a mini tour of where I used to live, but I don't think they'd have been that bothered and we were only there for a matter of hours rather than days :) We got there fine with just a bit of confusion at the A1 roundabout and settled down after a few phone calls to dad to help me set up the TV set and shiz to watch "The Fast and the Furious - Tokyo Drift". They all seemed to enjoy it, although Sue insisted on it being quite quiet... I don't think people were too bothered though, their eyes were fixed on the main dude *rolls eyes* ;)
People then ended up making some phone calls about our outfits for tonight before we walked down to Subway for people to grab some food. On the way Sue went into the Cancer research charity shop and managed to find some copies of David Attenborough books for £5 for two! People enjoyed their lunch and we walked back talking about how useful the little high street is... reminded me why living around there was so cool :) Then we watched Coyote Ugly and dad appeared halfway through and I pounced him and we had a quick chat before I sat down again. Once that finished dad put on "Galapagos" on Blu ray DVD on the new projector... and it was amazing. I hadn't noticed the difference like that before, it was stunning! *paws* I think we watched a load of that... maybe it finished? I can't remember :o I think dad said he was disappearing and I asked if he could set up the Wii for us so we could do some Wii Sport. Everyone made up a Mii each and we played bowling and boxing - so much fun XD Everyone got the hang of it eventually... well, of the bowling, I think the boxing too up too much energy for people at that time of the evening!
The drive back went nicely, people were sleepy and hungry I think so it was quite quiet and by the time food was cooked and eaten it was late so there was a lot of sitting and giggling before it was bedtime
Tonight we're off into London dressed as bees! We're going to a stretch of bars in Islington, I believe. It should be fun :D We've got most of the outfits sorted out, so yay :3
