So, I am very pleased that the cleanse is over, well it was over last week, but who's counting? Other than me of course ~laugh~. Honestly I didn't feel any better afterwards and was all too happy to go back to my copious bread and dairy consumption habits ~laugh~. So I am not sure I will do it again....deprivation...no immediate benefits....doesn't seem like a win win to me. Didn't even help with my epic red eye. I am now on an oral antibiotic for the next 6 weeks. It seems to look better, so let's hope this is it. IT. I am DONE with it all..

OK...it's my website launch...and I need to be doing that...~laugh~
