Update
So the visit with my husband was really nice. Really, really nice. I'm so glad that he was able to come up. Now I just need to make arrangements to go down there around labor day weekend.
Spent yesterday out enjoying the world with my parents. Went to Golden Gardens for a bit, then had dinner at Bamboo Garden and spent some time wandering the Barnes and Noble at Northgate (which I had not yet visited). Also got around to some knitting last night and watched a movie called Ladies in Lavender.
Today I get to do all the things that I did not do yesterday. Not as much fun, but I know I'll be happier for having them off my mind. I just wish that there was not so much calling of people/institutions involved.
I've been reading a book called The Loner's Manifesto. And no, I am not actually a loner. Not according to this book anyway. I'm just really similar sometimes.
Having bad allergies, but I hope to have them under control by tomorrow. If I don't, it's going to be a long work week. :P
Will probably not be at The Russian Center this week. Stupid allergies.
Looking forward to playing Guild Wars with my husband on Friday night. Yay for multiplayer internet games. :)
