Leaving
Leaving today at approximately 5:30 p.m. Since it's a 12 hour drive, I'll be at my parents' house in Washington at about 5:30 a.m. Saturday morning. We will then put the kitten in a bathroom and go to sleep for a few hours.
So far today I have:
-Taken the kitten to the vet for a quick exam and some tranquilizers.
-Gotten new tires put on the front of the car and had the ones on the front rotated to the back.
-Given the kitten her first dose of tranquilizers.
-Put lunch in to bake.
Things still to do before leaving:
-Make the bagels I bought into bagels and cream cheese for the trip.
-Do a load or two of laundry.
-Pack up the last few things left out.
-Put washer fluid in car.
-Get gas for the car.
-Load the car.
It would also be really nice if I could go check for a radiator hose at Napa. My husband won't be able to fix it til he gets back, but at least he'd have the part.
Can't wait to see everyone again!
