The Saga Continues
So the customer that I simply could not handle yesterday called to find out what the manager on duty did about me. She was shocked and dismayed to hear that I had not been fired on the spot. She spoke to the main HR person, the manager on duty from yesterday and my manager. She wants me fired, complained of not getting an apology, said that she didn't think I could handle diversity and scheduled an appointment with the store manager on Thursday so that she can get me sacked. Fortunately, everyone at the store is being awesomely supportive. My rep is squeaky clean... nobody even knew I had a temper to lose. The bad part is she'll probably go to corporate. The good news is whatever is going on my record will be in the best light possible.
