Every so often when I was growing up mom would make Pizza Fondue with cut up toasted english muffins for dipping. The stuff is delicious and I really need to make it more often.
Pizza Fondue
21 oz Pizza Sauce (odd amount since most sauce is 14-16 oz containers)
0.5 lb Ground Beef
1 Tlb Cornstarch
0.25 tsp Garlic Powder
1.5 tsp Oregano
2.5 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 cup Shredded Mozzarella
Brown beef in skillet
Mix sauce, seasoning and cornstarch in a pot
Add meat and mix well
Turn on medium heat until mix thickens and bubbles
Add cheese by thirds and mix well
Toast english muffins then cut into 6ths to use for dipping
OR Cut english muffins into 6ths and place on cookie sheet to toast in oven
