what happened during my interview earlier this year.
My company is now using
behavioral interviewing. The questions feel like such BS, but after reading a bit on this topic the point of this interviewing style becomes clear. Get people to fess up to past performance instead of just regurgitating the same old "tell me what I want to hear" answers.
The thing is if you are unfamiliar with this type of interviewing it's a MISERABLE experience. Next time I hope that I won't be so dumbfounded.
