new phones

A new phone system was installed this past weekend and of course it's broken. Some people are getting all the inbound calls meaning many people aren't getting their calls. Headsets are required and don't work well for many. And now I'm lacking an extension.

I find it sad and funny that system launches or new installs never go right. Something is always broken requiring much time and running about to correct.
