fighting the ick

I took a short break to go out and get a few things to maybe help me before I get home. Picked up some generic Dayquil stuff. On a coworkers suggestion, I picked up Airborne. I like Airborne. Although it's not chasing off my yuck, but nothing seems to be doing the trick for me.

A friend gave me some when we were flying back to Colorado, and the flight attendants were slow giving out the beverages. I stuck the Airborne on my tongue and it was...interesting.

Keep in mind that almost all cold/flu/allergy/sinus medication has been reformulated. The active ingredient that makes you feel better is what is used to cook meth. If you want the "good shit" (the only stuff that works for me!), its located behind the pharmacist counter. Ask the pharmacist what they use/recommend. Be prepared to sign a book and show ID.

Yea, a few of my coworkers swear by that stuff. It looks nasty in a cup, but they say it is ok. Then again, these chicks also wear those dr mask thingys when someone is ill or coughing or whatever at work. I think they go a little overboard to not get sick, but it works.
