great article discussing if the conglomerats can afford to pay the writers what they are asking for. It's one of my favorite pieces and I found it quite informative.
Today I found
this Variety article in
a post on
heroes_nbc. The Directors Guild of America has reached a deal with the conglomerates that includes payment for programming on the internet. This deal might help to end the WGA strike and possibly prevent an actor strike later this year.
I hope it all works out. I miss my shows.
