new expansion goodness
Today Square-Enix announced the release date for the new FFXI expansion Wings of the Goddess. It will be available on November 20th. The date announcement gives me something to look forward to. In addition, it looks like SE is trying to implement something they've needed to do for years. The expansion is being released before content will be playable. Thus people will be able to download updates over a few days, which will hopefully reduce current problems with the demand for new updates.
