Date=Okay, and !!!
My date went well today. Not having dated in awhile, I was a bit... not nervous, exactly, but tentative, I guess. Yet we ended up chatting for three hours about anime, books and LA. I was surprised that we ended up talking so much about anime; he seems to watch more than me! He prefers older anime though, so I knew what he was talking about.
Anyway, what really prompted this post was some idle websurfing. I signed up for one of those discount sites that offers merchandise at steep discounts for a short time. I was checking it out a little bit ago when I saw something that looked remarkably like the two side tables in my living room. If I remember correctly, they were something like $40 apiece, maybe less, and on sale. These, upon further examination, are indeed exactly the same (well, different colour, but otherwise). Oh, but the discount website's side tables are $249 each, marked down from $525. Go. me. I feel classier suddenly :)
