Productivity FTW

I did nothing this weekend. Then again, I did EVERYTHING this weekend. I had a makeup Japanese class on Friday. I saw Laura for the first time in years (and R- and C-) on Saturday. I baked a cake, and ate it, too. I house sat a few hours, during which I made a fair bit of progress on a book that's been taking me forever. I hung out with friends. Today, I went to the farmer's market, rollerbladed for four miles with friends, took a nap (hey, I was getting tired from all the weekend activities), dropped some books off at the library, saw my new nephew (and his dad, my brother... but really, we all know I was there for the Little Dude), finished a film I've been working my way through forever...

I Did Stuff. Yes, I did. I could have done more, but I'm just feeling awesomely fulfilled at the moment so I'm going to take a break and keep feelin' it.

Ah, the film, though. Happiness of the Katakuri's. If you ever feel the need to see a truly WTF?!?! kind of film, this would fill that need. It's about a family that runs a failing pension. Unfortunately, all their guests drop dead in the middle of the night. Naturally, they hide the bodies so as not to get any bad press. From there... well, let me just finish with this: it's a musical.
