DFO: Reborn, Season 2 [Act 1]; rambling: characters + Nexon
So DFO-Global has gone through it's 1st overhaul patch. MORE GUNBLADE! Except, not really playing as f.ranger/bloodia as I'm working on m.spitfire/general.
My character lvl-up partners have changed since f.gunner + m.fighter have switched up the pairs, Level-up List: 1 + 2) I guess f.striker + m.ranger should be 1st, but I'm lvl'ing up f.gunner + m.fighter for the events; used to be gunner with gunner + fighter with fighter; 3) thief + m.slayer; 4) f.mage + priest. There's no f.slayer or m.mage since f.slayer was not released by Nexon, + m.mage has no current advancement I like (2 more possible sub-classes. Bring them out, please). Instead, 5th pair is a "special" pair, dervish (now ultimate diva) + general (soon marshal, I swear before the "Catching Star" event ends because I hate 2nd Awakening quest). I haven't decided on f.slayer (between blade master + vagabond, leaning toward vagabond since I tend towards phys melee classes that use the special weapon - in case of slayers, it's the lightsabre).
Yes, I'm weird in organizing fictional characters in a video game. I also organize the characters by release (this is my standard character order in the Character Select screen), except I chose m.gunner + f.gunner 1st because I always try ranged classes in any MMO I start to play (Bowman/Hunter + Wind Archer in Maplestory). Chronological List: 1) gunners, 2) f.fighter + m.slayer, 3) f.mage + priest, 4) m.fighter + thief. For 5th, who are also the special characters, f.fighter (grappler) + m.gunner (spitfire); I had used a grappler in Nexon DFO instead of a striker so I decided to "honor" that class + chose gunner instead of slayer to be her partner since I was more interested in gunner advancements (though spitfire can hardly be considered a phys or melee class, unlike grappler who is definitely melee).
Mentioning Maplestory, I actually like the Hero class Luminous. Especially since the NA version made it so you can balance Light + Shadow build. Alas, I quit MS for good since Nexon makes it a pain to change email accounts ESPECIALLY when the email on the account NO LONGER !@#$-ing exists. Then I apparently changed my PIC (Personal Id Code) w/o writing down the new 1... Geez Nexon NA is worst than Neople (who would make me connect the account to a Facebook account, so that's a little easier, but I don't have Fb for personal reasons, but still better than the !@#$ Nexon made us do). Though I wonder what would happen if I wanted to change my email on the account with Neople with the reason/excuse that the email address doesn't exist anymore. I know Nexon had problems with users "lending" people their accounts, but I mean that email address doesn't exist on my school's server anymore. I also suggested that my email could be a secondary/back-up email address on the account. That makes sense, right? Anyway, the past is past, MS is now pay-to-win, + Neople is "stealing" me from finishing other games I have (*cough*'Persona Q'*cough*). Uh whoops; ended up rambling.
(Thanks, Neople, I love spending half my FP on stupid dailies in dungeons WAY BELOW my level, so I don't get ANY optimal dungeon benefits.)
