I think this was a long time coming.
First, I understand all online accounts have a certain "email change policy". Having a policy makes sense. Don't want to have it changed to someone else or to an unused email. BUT, if the requirement is for a company that makes FREE online games and involves official ID, uh too much information? I work in the travel industry, talking to all sorts of airlines, tour companies, vehicle rental companies, etc. The only time a passport is required to change something, is for frequent flyer accounts. And that's because SOMEONE paid for those miles. I do not have any ID nor does it match the name I used on my first Nexon account.
Second, if Nexon actually looked at the email address on my first account, it ends in ".edu". I've been out of school for years now. If Nexon actually tested the email, it will be bounced back because that email DOES NOT EXIST in the university's database. I do not know how to rectify this issue because I cannot fulfill the requirements for change nor does that address even exist. I would like to continue to play MS, but with my first account as well as my second. I worked on those characters. Don't tell me Nexon is also taking away MS from me like DFO.
