Wednesday #53

Fair warning: anyone pedaling Mayan calendar BS around me* will have a printout of this Dinosaur Comics stapled his or her skull. Just sayin'.

Thanks, Dinosaur Comics, for the shorthand.

Wednesday Comics #2-5

Invincible #64: I should have seen that coming, especially after reading the Atom Eve specials. Eve can go full on Doctor Manhattan when things get dire.

The Brave and the Bold #25

Final Crisis: Legion of Three Worlds #5: BWA HA HA HA HA HA! BWAAAAAAAA HA HA HAAAA! Best ending ever. He reconned himself!

Power Girl #3: Ultra Humanite totally stole that keyboard set up from Final Fantasy X2.

Secret Six #12: "Is this the part where we kiss?" Thanks, Gail.

Wonder Woman #34: Well, I want to hear the Betsy Ross story, Diana.

Justice League of America #35: I wouldn't mind seeing this Plastic Man on a regular basis. It's so easy to write him wrong.

If you ever get a chance to pick up the last six or so issues of Kyle Baker's Plastic Man series, do so. It's a hilarious send up of company-wide crossovers which was released at the same time as Infinite Crisis. For some reason it was never collected into a trade...

Justice Society of America #29: A pretty good start. Stargirl doesn't have much to fear in the shower from Obsidian. Damage on the other hand...

Runaways #12

Tiny Titans #18

Teen Titans #73

Final Crisis Aftermath: Dance #3

Final Crisis Aftermath: Escape #3: I still don't know what's happening, but its starting to make more sense and I'm enjoying the ride.

Final Crisis Aftermath: Run! #4: Condiment King! NO!

Blackest Night #1-2: The weirdest part for me and realizing that this is a DC-wide story. I was expecting more Green Lantern. I'm not complaining, though.

Blackest Night: Tales of the Corps #1-3: Nak klek nee. Nok. Nek klek nok. Lek nok.

Green Lantern Corps #39

Green Lantern #44

Blackest Night: Batman #1

Action Comics #879

Supergirl #34: I love love love that they are finally playing up the Kara Zor-El as the daughter of two planets angle.

Superman #690

Superman Secret Files 2009: Despite the hefty price (5 bucks), it's worth picking up.

World of New Krypton #6, Action Comics #880: Parts 1 and 2 of Codename: Patriot.

*That includes online. I will surf on wifi waves like the goddamn Atom**.
**I know the Atom can't do that, but there's nothing scary about threatening to go Air Wave or The Ray on someone. Yeah, go look them up on Wikipedia. I'll wait. Besides, the Atom should be able to do that. Science that shit*** up, Choi.
*** ****What's with all the swearing?
****And all the damn*** asterisks?*****
*****Did I just create an infinite loop? Oh shi-***
