Okay so once again I am hurt. I swear that I get 2 steps ahead and then I always seem to fall 5 steps behind.

I heard a pop the other night when I was jogging home from my workout. I haven't really been able to put any pressure on my right foot so I went to the doctor yesterday.

Good news......no surgery
Bad news......I have a small tear in my achilles tendon. This isn't good. I am to be in a boot and use crutches for at least the next 6 weeks and if I am not careful I will tear the tendon apart and then I will have to have surgery to put it back together.

WTF I don't get it, this year I have hurt this foot 3 times. Yes I stretch out and yes I have lost a lot of weight. The doctor told me she thinks I have something called Chronic Achilles Tendonitis and I have never completely let me foot heal the last time. So this means probably no more running on the trail. She thinks after I heal this time my best bet will to be water workouts.

So for now I have to write the alphabet with my foot, that way I keep some form of motion going and let me tell you thats a bitch!
