Hmm, I actually really liked how they did the time period changes because it really showed the cause & effect that Summer had on him; and the contrast between the good and bad times -- and they contrasted well overall in the film, I felt.

But more of the Smiths would have been great, although they did have Carla Bruni in there!

Although, I feel bad since I didn't go see P. Wolf, except that I've been listening to his stuff -- can't quite get into him.
