Sophie, Sian & Amber part 2

Jul 13, 2011 10:22

Amber stood awkwardly with her arm around Sophie as she sobbed.
"Shit Soph, I'm sorry all that kicked off I didn't know that she'd..."
Amber was cut off. "Look forget it, I've gotta go after her". And with that, Sophie ran out the shop, looking around through blurry eyes, but Sian was nowhere in sight.
Sophie ran over to the garage in search of her dad. "Tommy where's my dad? Have ya seen Sian running past like 10 minutes ago? And where's Tyrone?!"
"Woah woah woah Sophie slow down, your dad's gone to the bank to sort something out, Tyrone's on his break, and I saw Sian heading for the bus stop she said sumat about going to meet a girl in town but she seemed in a rush." Tommy replied.
"What?! What girl? Did she say a name? Sophie questioned.
"Look I don't know I only saw her briefly, I was trying to ask about the soup kitchen but she told me she had somewhere to be so, sorry Soph" He comforted Sophie by rubbing her arm gently, she pulled away and scratched her head worriedly.
"Mm okay, thanks Tommy". Sophie headed for the bus stop.

Sophies POV

Why would Sian go to meet a random girl when we've just had a row?
I just don't know what's going on anymore, after my fall things were great and people were trying, but now its all back to shit again. Sian hates me cause of what I did, but I only ever had good intentions, I don't get how this all happened so quickly. I don't even know if me and Sian are meant to be anymore, she's not interested its obvious. Its like we're just friends that are fading more and more apart. I could cry a river, but what would that solve? Nothing gets better. I hate this.

General POV

Sophie sat herself on the bus nervously rode to town, she knew Sian well, so she searched all the places she thought Sian might have been as she got off the bus and thanked the driver. Then she saw it, Amy Clarke from college, with her arm around Sian, sat on the bench outside marks and spencers. Sophie looked on with butterflies and upset in her stomach as tears filled her eyes. What was going on? Sophie decided not to rush in like she usually did, and go and get a coffee in starbucks, she headed off in the opposite direction, Sian having no clue that she had just been there.

"Sian, things will get better with Soph, you love her right?" Amy asked.
"Course I do, but its like everything's too messed up now for us just to be happy, all this coursework is stressing me out and its just everything" Sian welled up as she cuddled in closer to Amy.
"Coursework doesn't last forever, and I can help you with that, ya need to speak to Sophie cause otherwise how is this gonna get solved?"
"I'm sorry, thanks Ame, I didn't wanna put all my problems on you I just needed someone to speak to, to get things off my chest." Sian said.
"Its fine, ya know I'm always hear for you." Amy reassured Sian.
"There's always gotta be an obsticle in our relationship though Amy, first it was Ryan, her parents, my parents, Mikey, Tommy and now this fucking Amber. And rumour has it she's bi, I can tell she likes Sophie I just know it. What am I gonna do, I don't want her to leave me!" Sian replied and started crying.
She continued, "Sophie promised she'd never leave, in the hospital bed she swore it, and I'm not gonna let this happen, I haven't been showing her as much love and support, but everything's been getting on top of me."
"Sian why don't you go stay with your mum for a bit, give eachother some space and see what happens? That's what me and Alex did and it actually worked cause we realised how much we loved eachother." Amy told Sian.
"Yer I might, thanks for everything" Sian kissed Amy on the cheek and hugged her, Just as Sophie walked around the corner.....
