So my jury duty is FINALLY ALMOST OVER so we kind of needed some wine and cheese.
Lo and behold: Lamb Chopper sheep gouda from Cowgirl Creamery. This is seriously good stuff, perfect combo of creamy and crumbly, just a wee bit of an acid kick. (I always want an acid reaction from my cheese.)
Bottle of Russian River Valley zin is chilling in the fridge.
Once jury duty is over I may actually post about the case--the case itself was boring, but being a juror is interesting in its own way.
