Mod Post: Now Hiring!
That's right, I'm looking for a co-moderator. I love this community and wouldn't think of giving it up, but I am in need of a co-moderator to share in the challenges and responsibilites of maintaining it. I have to warn you though, I am kind of picky when it comes to finding the perfect co-mod. I think it took me over three weeks at kayleestill to find aladriana, who actually is the perfect co-moderator for our sister community with me. Behind the cut is a form and all the things that I'll actually be looking for. So, if you're still interested after that, feel free to apply. I'm giving myself a deadline of June 23, so hopefully (crosses fingers) we'll have one or even two new staff members by that time.
What I'll be looking for
+ Not so much active participation, but I will be looking to see if you have participated in at least a couple of challenges here.
+ Your Love for Sophies. I get the fact that you wouldn't be here or applying if you didn't love Rory, Logan, Matt or Alexis, but, I do look out for that
+ If you have ever moderated a community before or if this will be your first. I do have a weakness for newbies, just so everyone knows.
+ How long you've been on LiveJournal and any other journals you might own and write in.
