random DC news:
So, I had my first day of training at the 3rd coolest restaurant in DC - Open City.
I still am keeping my job at the shadiest ice cream shop in DC - Cone E Island.
I've met more native Michiganders and people who go to school in Massachusetts here than when I actually am in those states! It's crazy.
Also I've been working on a new website, if you'd like to take a look :) It's still under construction, but you'll get the idea.
internship-related news:
I got to write a memo for my internship the other day! And now I've had intern orientation, so I know a lot about Senate policies now.
I might have to miss the next office softball game so I can work at Open City this Thursday, but that's cool.
