This is a bit of an inside joke, since my brother (who has since pointed out that the use by date is 14 Feb 06 *lol*) is notoriously obsessed with collecting Tesco Clubcard points by whatever means necessary. (Tesco being a large supermarket chain in the UK, with "Value" their most basic of own brand items)
It does illustrate just how daftly we treat Valentine's Day though :)
