quickie
this is a really short entry. i'll get to the tie theory as soon as i have time and energy.
well this weekend went pretty well for me. i ended up winning extemp the first day. this qualified me for nationals so i am going to Flordia at the end of march. i am excited, but rather detached from the whole experience. it doesn't feel real. the second day i was the next person to break in both my events which was kinda disapponting becuase i really wanted to break in impromptu and qualify that event too because it is my favorite. i'm happy though and i finally feel as though i am on a team that is unified. everyone cares about eachother now, and that i think is what keeps this whole thing worth it. i am so tired that i had to skip two of my classes today (not my first two either) becuase i literally couldn't stay awake.
why do the nice boys have to have serious girlfriends that they will probably marry?
