Day 9 (19 days to go)
See how time flyes? Almost 10 days are gone without even blinking!
Sorry for not updating yesterday, we went to dinner at my mother's friend's house. She is vry nice and all, but her husband is a raging ball of fat!!! Oh my God, when he started disagreeing with something somebody said it felt like he is going to inhail you any second. He kept shouting all evening long! What is it with him? You couldn't say a word!!!
Since I've bragged so much about how the weather is so nice here, today it got hot. Not Israely hot, but quite hot, though at the beach you felt it less. I'm starting to get some color and hope that the next time Iris will take my picture I will not look like a wall (that's just scary)...
You know what I'm eating here all the time? Cherries! Yumm! They are much better then Israely cherries, but the get you all bordo colored in a heartbeat.
Oh, yes, I've bought about 7 English books and 3 Russian ones:
1) Anna Koreninaby Tolstoi
2) Crime and Punishmentby Dostoyevsli
3) Other stories by Dostoyevsky.
4) ALL of Shakespeare's works (it's a huge book of 750 pages with a glossery and everything!)
5) 100 Best Stories By O Henry
6) Ms. Dallaway by Virginia Wolf
7) Allice in Wonderland by Lewis Carrol
8) Best Stories of Alan. A. Poe
9) Jane Eyre by Charlotte Bronte
I really believe that there is another book, but I can't remember now.
I need a little favour from you: I need you to ask Tamar weather it is worth buying "Sense and Sensibility" and "Pride and Prejudice" by Jane Austen or to just take it from the library. Thanks!
