A Marc Bolan Tutorial
I just learnt how to make lines and arrows so thats very exciting!! lol! and I made a pretty banner of Marc Bolan and i decided to share it. I used PSP9.
Here it is.....

It's easy!!!
Step 1 -->
Ok, so i opened a new canvas at 422x280 but you can choose any size you want, of corse!
Step 2 -->
Then i found a black and white photo of MARC BOLAN (legend) and pasted it onto the canvas, i choose to place it to the right. The picture i choose fitted perfectly so i didnt have to resize or anything you you may need to if yours if it is too big.
And i filled the rest of the canvas in black where the picture didn't reach.
Here is Marc so far...aww look at that... ^^
Step 3 -->
I selected my pen tool and chose these settings for the first arrow...
And then i drew my first line basically on top of Marc Bolan. For the next line i changed the line style to 'dash with arrowhead end' and made the width thicker and drew my line, and my last line in the style of 'Repeating arrows'. But you don't have to choose arrows you can do just lines or anyother style you like the look of.
I set this layer to lighten.
here it is so far (in a smaller version)...

Step 4 -->
Then i pasted this texture by 'lovelamp013' and set it to screen 70% opacity.
Step 5 --> (optional)
Then i did one more arrow for a sort of 1/2 border...thing just to make it more equal.
Set it to lighten or screen.
So far...
Step 6 -->
Add text... YAY! I wrote 'Marc Bolan' in 'Kulminoituva' in white and then i chose my favourite text brush which was by ' xxkitty-katexx ' and placed that on in white too.
then i rotated then so they were on the side.
AND THEN VOLLA! .....
