OMG i love Hotch so effing much.
Random thoughts on teh episode
- Is it just me or do they seem to have a lots of cases on Texas? seriosly it's like serial killer central down there.
- Hotch watching the video off Jack was so cute and mad squee inducing, i love the fact that they dont just write Jack out of the story because of the divorce or pretend that it doesnt bother Hotch *sighs* makes me want to snuggle him, or get Reid to.
- Hotch in the elevatore with the unsub = made squeeing, although Hotch took this better than i thought he would considering how badly he reacted to missing the unsub in Paradise.
- Reid's Hair, i know it was better last episode but it's good to see he hasnt gone back to the wiered greasy look and Reid talking chemistry when discussing the poison made me rediculosly happy, ok yes im a compleate geek.
- The unsub totally googled Hotch.
- Prentiss looked kinda awkward talking to the madam untill Reid got rediculosly embarrased asking about the victims kinks, bless that boy he's so past cute, indepth discussion about Ed Gein and necrophillia? not problem but talking to a madam about what guys pay for? he gets all flustered *squee*
- 'Aaron, Aaron Hotchner, I know your up there...' For The Win, creepy yet epic - sounds like the start of a really bad horror film.
- 'How could your wife have ever left someone like you? Your the first man i've ever met who didnt let me down' omg, clearly shes saying what we've all been thinking since Haley left, i think Hotch really needs to here someone say that to him but them being said by a serial killer doesnt really help. Thomas Gibson is amazing and that scene was so painful and perfect... *huggles Hotch and sends him off to bed with Reid*
All in all a really good Hotch filled episode, still not quiet the meltdown / backstory im hoping for, but if it's going to be that good i can wait.
Edit - before i forgete, did anyone else think the unsub looked kinda like casey from svu? when casey / Diane Neil was having her blond moment.
