Ok -- NEVER AGAIN!

Well, maybe not NEVER. I watched "Supersize Me" today finally, and I must say, it was a real eyeopener. I mean, I never ate alot of fastfood to begin with, but now?? Blech! I mean, I am not going to forfeit my "roadtrip McGriddle" which I save for only those special occassions, but damned if I don't stear away from fastfood joints for the most part now. Gag me! While I was in the middle of watching it, I drank probably three bottles of water. Subconsciously I guess I felt that if I pumped myself with H20 that it would flush out any fastfood I have ever consumed, lol!

But anyway . . . Birthday number 2 was good. I got a pair of shoes, some clothes, and a cute little case for SauriPod. It's even made from leather, dyed green, (and kinda looks scaley) so I found it super befitting. I think that I am going to buy some yoga supplies with the money -- maybe a strap, block and a bag for my mat.

Sold my text books back -- got a mere $81 back from the original $400 -- the bastards -- but oh well. While I was in the area I went over to the Hobby Shop across the street and picked myself up a new d20. The dice weren't fantastic, but I did manage to leave with one that I thought was pretty cool -- not the prettiest, but I liked the way it felt in my hand (which is apparently pretty important in Stevie-ville). When I got home I even realized I had the perfect box to put all my dice in for now. Eventually I'd like to go pick one out, but I forgot I had an old index card box that my parents got me in elementary school. My Dad had painted my name on the top all nice and pretty, and well -- I am sappily (if that is a word) nostalgic, so it seemed like a perfect home for mah wee lil ones.

Put some blondish streaks in my hair -- kinda like it. My dad says it looks like peanutbutter chocolate (my sis tells me it looks like gramcracker, in a good way, lol) -- I guess that's good because my Dad has a habit of being brutally honest. I had my Mom do it, and for the most part it came out nice, but there a few little mistakes here and there, but none of them really noticeable. Don't know how long I am going to keep it, but it's a fun change for now.

Buono notte, ragazzi
