Margharita's are gooooood (if I even spelled it right)
Yeah, so I am sitting down, relaxing, drinking my delicious tequila concoction and updating the ol' LJ (obviously). So if this post sounds a bit boring, or like I was about to fall asleep when I wrote it -- blame it all on the alcohol.
Mmm -- just the right amount of salt and lime!
So today was a fairly good day. Did a decent amount of apartment hunting and found one that I am particular sold on in Henderson. It's right across the street froma Trader Joes which is awesome and I would definately make some good use out of that (especially when it comes to their Jasmine green tea *slurp*) It is also right across from an animal hospital which would be good if I decide to get a dog.
The only thing the apartment doesn't have is a microwave -- but those are cheap, and besides -- Sydney has one already :)
On another note -- went to Target and got a small calendar for my purse -- this way -- when my Mom or my friends ask me if I am doing something on such and such weekend, I can pull out my handy dandy calendar and let them know! I also bought an 11 piece pot and pan set for $17.00! It comes with everything from a four person set of silver wear to a cutting board to knives and ice cube trays! Thank the Gods for the clearance rack!
I also nabbed a small crock pot for $7 which will be perfect for dinner as well as magickal purposes! ;)
Also bought eight little bowls -- four red and four blue -- and a set of tools for $5 -- all of this together cost me approximately $29 -- not bad being cheap sometimes ;)
Now lets just hope nothing happens to my potential room mate because I am getting way too ready to move out!
