This story is from harrydracompreg's 2012 Mpreg fest, which recently finished posting. It's been up for over a week, but I only just now got around to reading it. Once you read it, you'll understand why I needed to share it with you immediately.

Pocket Full Of Starlight (Never Let It Fade Away)

Summary: When Scorpius Malfoy and Jamie Potter meet at Quidditch camp, they take an instant dislike each other. Then they discover their lives are more connected than they could possibly imagine.

WARNING: SPOILERS AHEAD!

This story is absolutely brilliant. I love The Parent Trap, so I knew as soon as I read the prompt that I was going to enjoy it. I was definitely not disappointed!

This has the perfect mix of elements from the movie & things that are unique to Harry & Draco's world. Even though I of course knew what the basic plot line would be, I was never once bored, & was often pleasantly surprised, while reading this. I did also find myself tearing up a number of times; mostly whenever Draco thought about Harry & how he'd wanted him to bring him home. Jeez, I'm crying again now just thinking about that. Anyway, the story feels so new & fresh to me; the incredibly talented authors have breathed new life into it, which is exactly what any remake of any story should do. Otherwise, what is the point of remaking it, am I right?

Jamie & Scorpius really are like two sides of the same coin. It's wonderful to see them together & getting along so well after so long apart & never having really known each other to begin with. Poor boys; I can't imagine ever being separated from a twin. Though, I do really like the image of the Malfoys in New England; for some reason, it seems perfect for them.

Although Draco was an idiot for leaving, Harry was just as stupid for letting him go, & for not going after him. At least he knows better than to make the same horrible mistake twice. I have to say, the ending is beautiful & utterly perfect. They are finally together as a family, which is right where they belong.

Oh, & just in case it wasn't clear, I love this story with all my heart. :)
