Oh my god

oh my god

I submitted my PSU scholarship application

WISH ME LUCK! OH MY GOD!

Thank you tons Sergio and Aeryn and Kitty for editing my essays. I am satisfied with the final (and quite different) results. OH MY GOD. Now I just need to get my last W2, fill out FAFSA, and pray that I will get awesome financial aid next year. I called Ben & Jerry's today and left a message with some HR peeps. Hopefully they will call me back. It was surprising to find the phone number on the website, call it, and within two rings get a human being on the other line.

A while ago I remembered that one of the jobs I had this year was under the table, so I only have 3 W2s to worry about. I want to finish my taxes and do my FAFSA SO BAD. The past two years I have finished my FAFSA in a snap. Stupid freaking W2.

Lately I have been obsessing over two non-Sergio/school/work things: Ritter Sport and Scrabulous. The prior is a delicious German chocolate. My favorites so far are Rum, Raisin & Hazelnut and Butter Biscuit. I picked up a couple of Milk Chocoalte & Hazelnut bars today and have yet to eat them. I wasn't too impressed with Dark Chocolate & Marzipan, and Milk Chocolate & Cappuccino is okay. I now know of 4 places in Portland that sell Ritter Sport. In order from most to least expensive: Pastaworks, the PSU Student Store, Trader Joe's (only one kind), and Fred Meyer's.

My latter obsession is online Scrabble. Playing Scrabulous is comparable to smoking: you don't need to do it until you start. By then it's too late.

Sergio and I are about to watch Alien vs. Predator: Requiem and I am freakin' PSYCHED. I would be psyched anyways, though, because I am finally caught up in school, I had an awesome day at work (and I've just been generally getting better at my job), and after two weeks I am returning to :: gasp :: GOOD HEALTH. Shocking, I know.

TIME TO GET MY AVP ON
